What this website does.

This notice describes the email links, optional local note and demonstrations on this website.

Emailing Company Coach

Our email links open your email app with nick@companycoach.com as the recipient. You choose the message and whether to send it. The website does not submit the message or confirm delivery.

If you send an email, the message and the information you include are handled through your email provider and Company Coach’s email service so we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not email passwords, payment details or sensitive information.

Optional notes on your device

The optional starting-note tool prepares a text file in your browser. Its business and customer-moment fields are not submitted to a server or stored by this website. A file you save remains under your control. Clearing the form resets this page; it does not delete a saved file.

The copy-address button, when available, copies only our email address to your clipboard after you select it.

Fictional demonstrations

The restaurant journey runs in the page. Its selections and example replies are fictional, are not sent to a restaurant and do not make a booking. The demonstration does not save those selections in browser storage.

Page requests and other websites

Loading this website requires your browser to send network information, such as an IP address and the page requested, to Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Hosting systems may keep request and diagnostic logs. Cloudflare also supplies a Web Analytics script that measures page views and website performance. You can read more about Cloudflare’s data collection.

This site does not include advertising trackers or embedded third-party media. Fonts use your device’s installed font families, and page imagery is served with the site. Cloudflare supplies its analytics and email-address protection scripts. Links to external demonstrations open separate websites, whose hosting and privacy practices may differ.
